Addresses in Email Footer

The CAN-SPAM Act requires that all commercial emails include a visible and operable unsubscribe mechanism and a business address for the merchant promoting its product or service. Failure to do so can result in thousands of dollars worth of fines. That's why Total Loyalty's email marketing templates are automatically populated with the business location associated with the user's profile.

Troubleshooting

  • I'm not seeing the footer of the emails Email Previews
    At the present, locations do not show up in the email footer in previews

  • Test Email Sends
    Locations do not show up in the email footer of test sends because there are no profiles associated with the email. 

  • Why do I see multiple locations in the footer?
    We automatically populate the footer with the locations of the user.
