Hardware Exchange Policy

Our Policy

Total Loyalty accepts exchanges or returns of undamaged or defective order notification hardware within 1-year of purchase.

  • Exchanges are not accepted for hardware that is damaged due to misuse, neglect or intentionally altered. 
  • Verification of the condition of the hardware is completed through an inspection upon Total Loyalty’s receipt of the returned item(s).
  • Full price of the new hardware is charged, if returned item is not received within 7 business days. 
  • Full price of the new hardware is also charged if, after inspection, the hardware is deemed not re-useable due to neglect.
  • Shipping is non-refundable.

Coordinating an Exchange

Our Coaches are happy to help you with your exchange. Please email OnlineOrdering@TotalLoyalty.com to exchange your order notification hardware. You'll be contacted with next steps. 

Return or Exchange Process

  1. Client notifies OnlineOrdering@TotalLoyalty.com
  2. Total Loyalty Solutions sends client postage pre-paid envelope for exchange to supplier.
  3. Total Loyalty Solutions bills client for postage as we do today for delivery of the hardware.
  4. Supplier handles the exchange and sends tracking, confirmation, and any price modifications to OnlineOrdering@TotalLoyalty.com.
